Richard has an honors degree in engineering and a degree in economics.
Sharife Rahmani, Consultant, has 7 years experience working on strategies and business plans for new businesses and partnerships. He has completed financial modeling for IT and telecommunication tenders and platform selection. He has also worked with international companies to refine their IT and communications strategies as well as developing distribution plans for telecommunications products. Sharife has a degree in Economics and a degree in Commerce.
Mike Lamb, Consultant, has over 11 years experience in the call centre, VoIP, and telecommunications solutions industry. Having worked with many blue chip companies his skills have been gained in developing high-level IT strategies and system designs for clients, all based upon a wealth of experience in hands-on installation and system management. With a focus on call centre design and telecommunications strategy, Mike is one of those rare technical consultants able to communicate effectively right up to board level with the ability to relate complex issues to non-technical individuals, and to always do so with a keen eye on the real issues that concern organisational leaders.
Matthew Parsons, Consultant, specialises in Unix System technologies. He has 10 years experience as a Unix Systems Administrator and is expert in HP-UX, Solaris and Red Hat Linux operating systems and their associated hardware, from low-end application hosts to multi domain high speed servers. Specific fields of expertise include security hardening and analysis, automation and scripting, and enterprise backup systems. He has worked at industry leaders in the telecommunications and financial sectors, in data centres of up to 500 servers. He has Bachelor degrees in Systems Engineering and Computer Science, and a Masters degree in English.
